I can't recommend this company enough for pool leak detection. Our pool is old and this was hands-down the best experience I’ve had getting it serviced. Professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST — no upselling, just fair pricing and great work. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Efficient, friendly, and clearly experts at what they do. Absolute Professionals from Design to Completion!
We recently hired The Poolcare Pros to upgrade our pool and they did a phenomenal job. They were instrumental during the design phase, guiding us through everything from tile selection and placement to ensuring optimal function and aesthetics. They installed a stunning custom fountain and a top-of-the-line heating and cooling unit, finishing the entire project on time. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with The Poolcare Pros and the owner, Darryl! His entire team, from the guys in the field, to the ladies in the office, Erica & Sylvia, have been wonderful to work with!

We had a pretty frustrating pool leak that turned out to be more complicated than we initially realized. We had a bad skimmer, a broken plumbing line that needed to be completely repiped back to the system, and ultimately needed a new liner as well. Darryl took the time to figure out what was actually going on and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The skimmer and skimmer line were replaced, the plumbing was repiped, and we got a beautiful new liner that I’m in love with! What could have been an overwhelming and expensive headache was made so much easier knowing we had someone knowledgeable and trustworthy handling it. Pricing was fair, and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. Friendly, professional, and caring! The Poolcare Pros truly care about their customers! We have completed two major pool and pool deck updates and repairs with The Poolcare Pro team in conjunction with our residential remodeling projects.  I am very pleased with both jobs and appreciate how well they worked with and around our crews (which can get pretty difficult sometimes) so we could stay on track and get the best results.  Darryl is always quick to respond and has excellent suggestions for equipment and designs.
